3) Why did my Cuckoo Clock stop by it self?
They may be more than one reason for this to happen*,Most commons are Placement., is the clock set by a window? or close to AC/Heather vents? wind and draft can stop the Pendulum therefore stopping the clock. Also when pulling the chains to wind the clock be careful on not touching the Pendulum accidently. Even vibrations from the washer & dryer can travel along the wall and stop the pendulum. Another possibility is Tilt and Angle. Try tilting the houseing a little forward if nail or screw is long enough,if it still stop (within 5 minutes or so) try moving the housing a liitle to the left or right. *see instruction for proper placement.

No,it's purely a Decorative Cuckoo Clock, but it will sound like a typical Cuckoo Clock. In addition some models also have a gong sound in between the Cuckoo sound. The more expensive models have a Musical sound too!.
